By accessing or using the Code App website (codeapp.ca) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Code App Inc. provides web design and development, mobile app development, SaaS development, SEO, custom software development, and website hosting and maintenance services. All services are subject to a separate written agreement between Code App and the client.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Code App Inc. and protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom-built deliverables as agreed in their project contract.
All client projects are governed by a separate project agreement or proposal accepted by both parties. That agreement takes precedence over these Terms of Use in the event of any conflict.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment schedule is 30% upfront, 40% at project midpoint, and 30% on final delivery. Late payments may incur interest and result in work being paused.
Code App Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.
We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request before any project discussions begin.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
